The most awaited holiday of the year, Thanksgiving, is just round the corner and our hearts are already thumbing with joy. Thanksgiving, in particular, seamlessly amalgamates the age-old traditions and rituals with the modern essence of friends and families coming together to take part in the festivities.
After stuffing the pumpkins and indulging in some delicious Turkey dinner together, here are a few activities and games listed down below to be enjoyed with your family!

There are so many people out there in your neighborhood or on the streets who aren’t privileged enough to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families or even access food. If you know somebody like this, capitalize on this occasion to share some joy and cheer and prove that they too are special.
Curate a meal for them and deliver it along with the rest of your family to multiply the proportion of their happiness. Furthermore, this would be an ideal way of educating the children of your family with the principles and ideals of sharing and inculcating the all-inclusive sentiments.

One of the best family games that most of us have played previously in our lives is taboo; but, the Thanksgiving taboo is accompanied by a few twists.
In the game, you will have to make your team understand the word written on your card with gestures, enactment or drawing the element on a whiteboard without giving away the associated words written underneath it.

Take part in a Turkey trot
You, along with your family can take part in a Turkey trot events organized in several states across the country during Thanksgiving.
Let this year be distinct from the rest where you wouldn’t wholly confine yourself within the four walls of your home and sweat it out a bit with a bunch of other people on the streets.
The trots are usually a 5km run/walk from the origin to the destination which means that everyone from your family, irrespective of the individual’s age can participate in it.
